I Buried a Camera in the Sea
“I Buried a Camera in the Sea” is a long-term project built from actions of wrapping, breaking, scanning, dismantling, burying, and dispersing. I shattered the clay shell that once held the camera, scanned the fragments, and buried the dismantled device at a fixed point on the shoreline. The project unfolds across text, image, and ritual. Different parts of it were exhibited at the Municipal Gallery in Augsburg, at the residence of the Israeli Ambassador in Sweden, and at Hamiffal in Jerusalem.
