Memory Well | Nook
“Nook” is a mask I built from dismantled cameras, a protective shell made from the tools that once exposed me. Wearing it, I shift between human and device. “Memory Pit” extends this impulse: I lived for five days inside a drainage pipe in the desert, creating a ritual space where I mixed local earth with oil in which I dissolved a camera from my youth. Parts of these works were shown at Hamiffal in Jerusalem and in the exhibition Fata Morgana in Sde Boker.
